The Homestead-Miami Speedway in Homestead, Florida opened in 1995.  It is a 1.5 mile continuous turn, intermediate, oval track that seats 65,000.  Homestead may still be fairly new, but the Ford 400 it hosts in November is the last race, and the deciding factor for who will win the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series for the year.  Also in November is the Ford 300 for the NASCAR Nationwide Series drivers and the Ford 200 for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series drivers.
