The Cleveland Browns began play in 1946, joining the NFL in 1950.  Art Modell moved the team to Baltimore in 1996, and the Browns reformed in 1999.  The team currently calls Cleveland Browns Stadium their home field, and is owned by Randy Lerner, with Phil Savage as their general manager, and is led by head coach Romeo Crennel.  They have won 4 AAFC Titles and 4 NFL Championships.  The Browns also have arguably the most loyal fans in the NFL.  The Browns Backers Worldwide (their worldwide fan organization) has 79,000 members, making it the largest sportsfan organization in the NFL.  Scroll past the schedule for even more information about the team.

Last season the Browns finished in 2nd place in the AFC North, and there have been some coaching changes for the upcoming season, with the team hoping to win their division this year.  Todd Grantham, the defensive coordinator was fired and Mel Tucker, the previous defensive backs coach took over Grantham's position, with Cory Undlin getting promoted to replace Tucker.
