Nationals Park is located in Southeast Washington, south of the Capitol, along the Capitol Riverfront, next to the Navy Yard.
Certified service animals or service animals in-training for the disabled are welcome at the ballpark. All other animals are prohibited.
No bags larger than 16"x16"x8" are allowed. Hard Containers are also prohibited.
Guests are inivited to watch batting practice upon the opening of the gates. Center Field Gate will open about 2 1/2 hours prior to the start of each game. All other gates will open about 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of the game.
Beach balls and other inflatable items are prohibited.
Glass, metal, or plastic containers of any kind (except for factory-sealed, plastic water bottles no larger than 1 liter and kids' juice boxes) are prohibited.
Brooms, poles, staffs, and sticks are prohibited.
Cameras and video equipment are allowed for personal use only.
Children under 2 years of age are not required to have a ticket to enter Nationals Park. If attending without a ticket, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Coolers and other hard-sided containers are prohibited.
Laser pointers/pens are prohibited.
Musical instruments an any type of noise-making devices are prohibited at Nationals Park.
Signs and banners are permitted as long as they are baseball related and are only displayed during inning breaks. They are not allowed to cover any stadium signage or be offensive or inappropriate. Poles and sticks are also not permitted.
Small umbrellas are allowed in Nationals Park. However, it must be collapsible and fit into a 16"x16"x8" bag.
Weapons and firearms of all kinds are prohibited, with the exception of law enforcement officials licensed to carry weapons. Law enforcement officials must register their weapons or firearms with a Security Staff member at any ballpark entry gate.
Nationals Park is in Southeast Washington, along the Anacostia River, with South Capitol Street to the West, N Street to the North, First Street to the East, and Potomac Avenue to the South.
Unless you have reserved parking surrounding Nationals Park, the best ways to get to the game are by taking the Metro to the stadium, or by parking for free at RFK Stadium, and taking the Nats Express Shuttle for free round-trip to and from the ballpark.
