StageFrontTickets.com ensures a safe, secure buying experience. Our offices
are equipped with the latest computer technologies. All transactions conducted
on our web site go through a secure browser and are protected by SSL software,
the industry standard and the best software available today for secure online
commerce business. All transactions are processed on our secure server with
full 128-bit encryption. This means that all of your personal information, including
your credit card number, name, and address, cannot be read as the data travels
over the Internet. Your personal information is protected at all times.

TICKETS
What types of payment do you accept?
CREDIT CARD
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The billing address
will be verified with your credit card company so you must use the exact address
where your statements are sent. Should you require that the order be shipped
to an alternate address we will require faxed authorization from you. This includes
a signed copy of the invoice along with legible copies of your driver's license
and the credit card that was used. This is done to protect both you and StageFrontTickets.com
against fraudulent credit card use.
CASH
Cash will only be accepted in person at our corporate office located in Laurel,
Maryland.
PERSONAL CHECK
StageFrontTickets.com does not accept personal checks.

Payment by wire transfer may not be available on all ticket orders. Please contact

Do I have to pay sales tax?
We collect tax as required by law. Any sale for an event that takes place within
the State of Maryland requires that we collect an entertainment tax that is
variable up to 7%.
How are my tickets shipped?
All tickets are shipped via Federal Express courier service and all deliveries
require a signature. We do not allow any reroutes on the package. The courier
must deliver it to the address on any package. They cannot deliver it to any
other address. If you have any specific delivery requirements please make those
arrangements when you place your order. Tickets are sent to your credit card
billing address.
What shipping charges will I pay?
We charge $9.00 for 2 Day FedEx shipping. Other methods are available. Please
note that the delivery times are from the date that we ship the order. Some
tickets are not in stock at the time of ordering, please ask your sales rep
for details. All delivery times are subject to availability in your delivery
area. Any other special delivery requirements can be quoted as requested.
How can I track my order?
StageFrontTickets.com will inform you as to when you can expect your package
when we confirm your order. If it does not arrive when expected, please contact
our Customer Care Department. Since we require a signature on all deliveries
most packages can be traced quickly.
I purchased tickets from StageFrontTickets.com but cannot attend the event.
What is your refund/return policy?
There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted
to us. This policy is in place because when you purchase your tickets we secure
and acquire those tickets for you and are not able to recover our costs. Please
order tickets only after you are certain you want them. For information on how

What if my event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an act of God (rainout, earthquake,
flood, etc.), war, terrorism, strike, or lockout we will provide a full refund
for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping charges are not refundable.
TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN OUR OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE ANNOUNCEMENT
OF THE CANCELLATION. We suggest returning tickets via certified mail or using
a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. In case of a rainout
or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made. You must exchange the
tickets at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still available.
In all other instances mentioned above we will attempt in every case to obtain
a refund from the original seller of the tickets; however, no refund or percentage
of refund can be guaranteed.
What if my event is postponed?
If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event
date. New tickets will not need to be issued. We are not able to offer customers
refunds on postponed events.
What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets
cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please note that direct
sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
Can I put tickets on hold?
No, we do not hold tickets due to frequent fluctuation in prices.
Can I purchase a StageFrontTickets.com gift certificate?
StageFrontTickets.com gift certificates make great gifts. Gift certificates
can be purchased in any amount above $25 or for any event. Contact a sales representative
for details.

I have tickets to sell. Will StageFrontTickets.com buy them from me?
Yes, we buy most of our tickets from people like you. If you have tickets you

What is a ticket broker?
StageFrontTickets.com has been in business since 1985 as a licensed ticket broker.
Broker is defined as "one hired for a fee to negotiate purchases, contracts,
or sales." A ticket broker does just that. There are people who want to
sell their tickets and there are also people who want to buy those same tickets.
There are two ways that a broker can do this. The broker can buy the tickets
outright from the seller and hope that they can sell them. If the market drops
or the tickets don't get sold the broker incurs the loss. The second way is
the broker could take the tickets from the seller on consignment and keep a
fee if they are sold. Either way a ticket broker puts the buyers and the sellers
together for a fee.

Why are the tickets on your site listed above face value?
Licensed ticket brokers generally sell their tickets at prices above face value.
This price is known as the ticket's "market value." The only place
you can purchase tickets at face value is through Ticketmaster or a venue box
office. However, it is important to note that these primary sellers often charge
additional service fees—creating actual prices that are higher than the
amount listed on the face of the ticket.
Licensed ticket brokers specialize in obtaining desirable seats for high-demand
and sold-out events. We get these tickets from a variety of sources including
season ticket holders and individuals who have extra tickets for events. To
obtain these high-demand tickets, brokers pay a premium, or a price often well
above face value. They then sell these tickets at market value. The market value
price for a ticket is determined by many factors including seat location, supply
and demand, date and location of event, etc. This means that we sometimes must
sell tickets for below face value.
Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers with the greatest selection of
event tickets at competitive prices.
Is it illegal to sell tickets for more than face value?
No. All transactions that we handle meet all state and local provisions.
Is it illegal to buy tickets for more than face value?
In most states, it is legal to buy tickets from StageFrontTickets.com. If you
are a resident of New York or Florida, there are certain restrictions about
purchasing tickets for more than their face value.
NEW YORK RESIDENTS
New York State statutes currently prohibit StageFrontTickets.com from selling
tickets for events taking place in New York State to New York residents. We
cannot sell tickets for events that take place in the state of New York if you
have a credit card billing address or a shipping address that is located in
the state of New York. If the event takes place within the state of New York,
we can only sell the tickets to that event to people who live outside of the
state of New York.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS
All event tickets offered for sale at StageFrontTickets.com to Florida residents
are included as part of a transportation package. It is not mandatory that you
take advantage of the travel services we provide. Whether you accept or decline
the transportation portion of the package, your purchase price will be the same.
